Use and Eating fresh fruits and vegetables will not protect you from cancer as they have little effect, a study finds in Europe. Guidelines suggest at least five portions of fruit and vegetables a day in order to be healthy but new research has found that this may not have a significant effect on cancer.

The knowledge of science suggests that people should be told that cancer risk is much more related to how much you eat and drink rather than what you eat. The assessment, published in the British Journal of Cancer, aspects at a decade of proof on the dealings between fruits and vegetables and the development of cancer, on the other hand finally it concludes that the evidence is still not substantial. However, eating fruits and vegetables one way or another is significant for our health.
