Embracing Monsoon Joy: Essential Precautions and Tips for a Healthy Season 

After the intense heat, the series of monsoon rains begins, and people greatly enjoy them. However, it is also important to keep in mind that various diseases can emerge due to these rains. For instance, during this season, you can be susceptible to conditions like skin irritation, viral fever, dengue, and jaundice. Therefore, it is crucial to keep germs at bay during this time. I am going to share some precautions and remedies with you that can help you stay away from every illness.

Boiling water is essential during this season, and do not keep boiled water for more than a day. Use it promptly. In this season, insects and mosquitoes become more common. To prevent them, burn frankincense or lemon grass. When using leafy vegetables, make sure to wash them thoroughly. 

Avoid bathing during the first rainfall of the monsoon season. Malaria is a very common disease in monsoon. Monsoon brings about common ailments like cold and fever. For this, note down a tried and tested remedy. Boil 8-10 leaves of sweet basil in a cup of water, strain, and drink the mixture, use it once a day. 

Give off the aroma of cardamom seeds. Take the dried peel of 5-6 lemons, make a powder, add a pinch of salt, and consume it with water in the morning and evening. 

Diseases like jaundice are also a part of this season. I am providing a remedy for it; you will feel the difference. 

Dry the papaya along with the peels and seeds. Dry it well and grind it into powder. Grind them well, make a powder, and consume it with honey twice a day. 

Skin is also affected during the rainy season, leading to issues like itching, eczema, and fungal infections. Remember this remedy; if Allah Almighty wills, you will notice the difference. 

Take Precautionary Measures during Monsoons Rains Season 

For scabies, asthma, and weight management, grinds species of gentian and Fagonia cretica into a powder. Mix a spoonful of this powder in a cup of warm water and drink it twice a day. 

To alleviate cold, flu, and chest congestion: 

Roast garlic in mustard oil, then add black seeds and heat it slightly. Pour the mixture into a bottle and use this oil to massage your child's chest and feet daily. 

For relieving bodily pains: 

Mix half a teaspoon of ginger juice, one cup of warm milk, less than a pinch of black pepper, and a teaspoon of olive oil. Drink this mixture with warm milk. Allah’s Will, you will feel relief from pain.
