Crispy Chicken Veggie Fritters Recipe – Easy & Delicious Snack. 

If you’re looking for a quick, tasty, and crispy evening snack, these Chicken Veggie Fritters (also known as Chicken Pakoras) are the perfect choice. Packed with juicy chicken, fresh vegetables, and aromatic spices, this recipe is easy to prepare and absolutely delicious.

Ingredients: 


  • for Marinated Chicken 1 chicken breast (cut into small cubes) 
  • ½ tsp red chili powder 
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder 
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds (or powder) 
  • ½ tsp coriander powder 
  • Salt to taste 
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce 
  • ½ tsp garlic (minced or paste) 
  • ½ tsp ginger (minced or paste) 
  • 1 tbsp yogurt 

Method (Marination): 

In a bowl, combine chicken cubes with all the spices, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and yogurt. Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes. 

For Vegetable Mixture:

 
  • 2 green chilies (finely chopped) 
  • 1 tbsp celery (finely chopped) 
  • 2 tbsp carrot (grated or finely chopped) 
  • 2 tbsp potato (grated or finely chopped) 
  • 2 tbsp capsicum (finely chopped) 
  • ¼ cup onion (finely chopped)
  • ½ cup semolina (sooji/semolina).

Cooking Instructions:

 
  • Add the chopped vegetables and semolina to the marinated chicken mixture. 
  • Mix well until everything combines. The vegetables will naturally release water, so no extra water is needed. 
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium flame. 
  • Drop a spoonful of the mixture into hot oil and fry until the fritters are golden brown and crispy. 
  • Remove on a paper towel to drain excess oil. 
  • Serve hot with mint chutney, ketchup, or garlic mayo.

 

Serving Suggestions: 

  • Perfect as a tea-time snack or a quick appetizer. Serve during Iftar in Ramadan or at family gatherings. 

  • Pair with hot tea, coffee, or cold drinks
