ISLAM IS THE MODERATE RELIGION

Allah (God) Almighty says in the Holy Quran:

And thus, We have made you [true Muslims-real believers of Islamic Monotheism, true followers of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and his Sunnah (legal ways), just (and the best) nation, that you be witnesses over mankind and the Messenger (Muhammad, PBUH) be a witness over you. (Quran Chapter: 2:143).

Monasticism (from Ancient Greek monachos, monos, alone, solitary) is the religious practice in which someone renounces worldly pursuits to fully devote their lives to a monastery environment and its way of living. Among Abrahamic faith lineage, Christians institutionalized Monasticism.

It began to develop early in the history of the Christian Church, modeled upon Old and New Testament examples and ideas, but important to note that monasticism is NOT mandated as an institution in the Judeo-Christian Scriptures.

In Jewish tradition, there has been an example of living hermit life and in the community of goodwill away from the worldly life under certain vows, but this did not include celibate lifestyle and complete disassociation with earthly responsibility.

We just have to review that what does moderate Ummah (nation) means. This Ummah is the middle nation because modernity is found in every field of life in this Ummah. The whole world is frustrated and disturbed but this Ummah It's always in the middle and being moderate. I will explain this matter with two or three examples.

How it is moderate as Muslim Ummah and Islamic religion. Islam is a Justice and Moderate religion. If we carefully take a look at human history. Especially when the advent of the Messenger of Allah (Mohammad PBUH) was not being. Therefore, we see that the world was divided into two groups.

Spiritual People or Monkhood:

Some people called themselves spiritual people and some people called themselves worldly. Who were spiritual people? They were the monks. Who practices Monkhood? What is the meaning of Monkhood, It means ‘abandon a world’. They thought that unless the world affairs were abandoned, God Almighty could not be found and get.

Besides, not Spirituality is found. Therefore, people became a Monk. Spirituality was that in their minds that they must leave their homes and settles down in the mountains, caves, and forests and they are not related to humans and just worship there. Besides, in their opinion, they got this kind of spirituality gradually.

Then it is important to say that who left the world? Wearing a dress is a problem now, so it is difficult to use clothes, because who sees someone in the caves and the forests. So now the problem of dressing too hard so you have to be living naked. Moreover, there are no worries about bathing for years and unconditionally dirty.

The way I told earlier that these people do not have any relation with the human being or person if there is no contact, and then there is no sense of marriage near them. Because these people consider the woman as an agent of a devil. It was a Monkhood or Reclusiveness.

Worldly People:

On the contrary, those group of people who said that we do not need this Monkhood. Therefore, they enjoyed the world's Matters and finances. These people were not ready to bear any kind of moral imprisonment even any kind of restriction as well in worldly affairs.

The life of people like these in the world was like animals. Loot to whom you want and deceive to whom you want. It means that these people were following the law of ‘Might is Right’. The society of the world is consists of these two classes ‘a spiritual class’ and ‘a worldly-class’.

If you consider them, then both of these classes have extreme. One left the world completely. They left the parents, there was no relation to relatives and there was the concept of wife and children. For the reason that these people consider the women as an agent of a devil. Moreover, the second class so much drowned in the affairs of the world that His humanity was destroyed. Now consider what the concept of Islam has presented. There is No Monasticism in Islam.

Allah Almighty Saying in the Quran:

O you who believe! Make not unlawful the Tayyibat (all that is good as regards food, things deeds, beliefs, persons which Allah has made lawful to you, and transgress not. Verily, Allah does not like the transgressors). (Chapter, 5:87).

Monasticism is not allowed in Islam – Our beloved Prophet said…‘There is no Monasticism’.

It is mentioned in Sahih Bukhari, Vol. No. 7, in the Book of Nikah, Ch. No. 3, H. No. 4…‘O young people, whoever has the means to get married, should get married’ – Hadith says that.

If I agree, that if you renounce the world, you came closer to Almighty God – and if every human being renounces the world today, then within a span of 100 to 150 years, there will not be a single human being alive in this world. If everyone practices this law throughout the world, where is the Universal Brotherhood? 

Where will you find Spiritualism? Where will God's Almighty love be confirmed? It will be found in the world's business matters. This matter will be at the home office shop and court. Islam has given a great idea of Monasticism. It comes out in between the state of spirituality and the world.

When a man adopts such a condition, then both attributes become apparent in his actions with moderation so He becomes a spiritual man. All the blessings (food items, wealth, children, and so on) that God has given you in the world using all these blessings and delights to find the house of the Hereafter.

Try to reach God Almighty through the way of the world. The way to meet God Almighty is in Monasticism and is not to leave the world matters. All the Holy Prophets have taught in their books the way to meet Allah Almighty. Try to follow them that way you will love all the creatures. It will be a necessary result. Love of God will be confirmed when you will also love God's created things. Allah's beloved one is the messenger, first, you must love the messengers sent by God Almighty. Spirituality is the thickness and better of life.

Overview of Two Systems: Humanity saw two systems as well.

1: Capitalism,

2: Socialism

Capitalism: It has two basic features.

A): Rights of own property

B): Laissez-faire economics (Economic Freedom)

A): Rights of Property:

Capitalism is an economic system where private bodies own the factors of production. The four factors are entrepreneurship, capital goods, natural resources, as well as labor. The possessors of capital goods, natural resources, besides entrepreneurship exercise control through companies. The individual owns his otherwise her labor.

The only exception is slavery, where somebody else owns a person's labor. Although illegal throughout the whole world, slavery is still widely practiced. Anyone who wants to be the owner of unlimited wealth and property. There will be no objection to this person. No question will be asked of this person that what the source of such wealth is. If a person has such wealth and property.

So how dangerous it can be how this person is can prove to be dangerous for society. Every person in this style system has the right to earn the property as much as possible, the rights of owning unlimited property and wealth.

B: Laissez-faire Economics (Economic Freedom)

One of the guiding main beliefs and principles of capitalism, this doctrine claims that an economic system should be free from government intervention otherwise moderation, plus be driven only by the market forces. A person earns as much as possible and spends the way the person wants. How you want to earn and spend the way you want.

You will be asked by anyone neither government nor a person that what is the source of your income or your property and how you spend. You have the option of how you make matters with someone, do the deal with the person you want. Assume you have a factory and you need a laborer for it.

Because it is a freedom of economy. If you consider this, then both of these foundations are very good, but both the foundations have made the capitalist system a deceptive system. Besides, the worst kind of exploitation in the world came in front of us. Do you know the actual meaning of exploitation? Do you know how does it exploitation take place? Actually, in the name of the free economy, a capitalist competes with a common worker in the world. If you consider so, there is no pair in them.

On one hand, if the investors close their industry or Mill for one year and go to another country and the investor does not work for a year so the investor has does not matter. There is no need for him because he has such a wealth that he can fulfill all his needs. An industry or company owner does not care.

On the other side there is labor or workers if they do not work, so what will his family eat in the evening time? How will a worker's needs be fulfilled? So a farmer or a worker is compelled to work daily. Now, on such an occasion the investor deals with forced labor or farmer. Now assume that the right of a laborer becomes 100% of an hour's wages but the investor gives 40% or 50% of it.

However, the investor gives 40 percent or 50 percent instead of 100 percent. Now at this point what is the way now a laborer has to accept this condition of the investor? A laborer or poor farmer is compelled to accept these strict conditions because of his poor family. So, by taking unjustifiable advantage of a poor and needy labor compulsion the amount that the feudal lords, investor, and the industrialist think is appropriate an investor takes work from a farmer on its own will.

Due to this unjustifiable method, an investor saves so much money throughout the year so these investors make two or three more factories in a few months from this amount. Besides, people called them an industrial genius.

If a laborer goes to another factory because of the injustice of the investors, there is also injustice with him because the current investor is united with another investor there and because the current investor is compromised with the other investor in these unfair terms as well.

Therefore, a poor laborer is exploited in this way. It is a big affair rather it is a vicious circle. The result is that Poor people become poorer and the rich people unlawfully collect public wealth. It has two horrible consequences.

First of all, the public gets helpless. The common people's wealth comes into the hands of big investors. Moreover, the other thing is that the middle-class ends. Additionally a small industrialist and small farmer class also end.

This sort of curse is present in those countries in which the capitalist system is fully implemented. Now a reaction arose in contrast to this system in the common people of that society in the form of Socialism.

2: Socialism: What is Socialism?

Socialism is a populist economic besides political system based on public ownership (also known as collective or common ownership) of the means of production. Those means include the machinery, tools, plus industrial unit used to produce goods their purpose is to directly content human needs.

Communism and socialism are umbrella terms denoting two left-wing schools of economic thought; both oppose capitalism, on the other hand, socialism exists before the "Communist Manifesto," an 1848 pamphlet by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels, by a few decades. In a purely socialist system, the government makes all legal production and distribution decisions, and individuals rely on the state for everything from food to healthcare. The government determines the production as well as pricing levels of these goods and services.

The meditators, a Thinker:

Large thinkers gathered against this capitalist system. These big thinkers decided that this is a system of injustice. People rebelled against the capitalist system and introduced a new system.

However, when a human being thinks and acts against injustice so Man reacts in anger and the state of a hurry. As they did not think that if they restricted the rights of the property then it does not get an exploit.

If there was a slight ban on this system, perhaps this type of results did not occur. Rather, they overturned the rights of property and the free economy. Nevertheless, human beings fell from the level of humanity to the level of beastliness. The major loss had occurred from the process was this?

The authority or power came into the hand of a few people in capitalism. Before that, a few people had wealth and they had done a lot of unlawful activity. They had exploited. Nevertheless, in the socialist system, now the wealth, power, police, armed forces, and laws had also come under their circle of authority.

So, is it the people of the socialist system now become angels? They will no longer exploit like capitalism. Because all the forces were gathered in one place. Therefore, the result was that the socialist system emerged as the worst system. An error occurred in this system. When the class like small landowners and small industrialists were ended in capitalism. When almost all the wealth reached in the hands of big investors.

There were consists of some people who exploited in capitalism. However, when the socialism system came, it claimed that the rights of the property, economic freedom, elimination of capitalists, elimination of the price system, and free competition, were over. There is a need for controlled capitalism in society.

Now people in this society had a small agricultural land and they had a small garden in it. Such small landowners and small industrialists told the socialist leaders who we have exploited. Why do you want to deprive me of the property right? However, the claimants of this socialist system also took away the property from such people.

Human thinking has become extremist. So small factories owners and small property owners have rebelled against this dictatorial system. The result of this rebellion resulted in a large number of such people were killed. Another result of this rebellion also came out and that is, the crisis that was created in the capitalist system the same problem was created in the socialist system as well.

However, if you consider, the capitalist system has been at least running with all its troubles. However, on the other side, the socialist system has been implemented only for around seventy (70) years. Also, the result was that the socialist system ended.

The Economic System of Islam:

Firstly, now consider the system of Islam between these two extremist systems. Islam recognizes the right of the property but does not accept unlimited rights of property. The state government has this right in the Islamic system, the government authorities can question this person, and how did you get this wealth from?

Has this property not achieved in the case of exploitation or from any fraud? Moreover, should this wealth be with this person? Alternatively, it should be arranged for a reasonable purpose or it should make any reasonable arrangement should be made for.

Secondly, the concept of a free economy exists in the capitalist system it is not present in the Islamic system. You have to use valid resources to earn money. You do not have this right in the Islamic system Spend the way you want. You will have to spend that same way as the method in Islam.

For example, you cannot spend your money on drink alcohol, gambling, bullying, stealing, killings, extravagance, and so on. If you consider these social evils, so you will be able to figure out how dangerous it is. For instance, alcohol is harmful to the liver. So is this a beneficial thing? Instead, you can use different fruit juices; the use of fruit juices will improve your health. Therefore, the Islamic style system negates both capitalist and socialist systems. The ruling or order of the king or queen in the Kingdom can be unfair.

Whatever the king decides in the Kingdom, whether the order is wrong or not, but in his/her views, he is correct. Similarly, in democracy, the people decide what the public wants they think that it is also the right decision in their view.

Because in the assembly there are publicly elected representatives. Islam is not convinced of unlimited democracy and a system of kingship. Therefore, Islam brings a moderate system between capitalism and the socialist form of systems. Islam is against extremism. Therefore, in the Islamic system, either King or Queen cannot make any mischief or unjust order or decision. Similarly, the public does not have any authority to make law.

Because Allah (God) Almighty Says in the Holy Quran:

All decisions belong to Allah (Quran Chapter:12:6).

It is clear from the verse of the Holy Quran, that only, God will bestow the ready-made, finished, completed law for human beings. Nevertheless, yes, the public representatives have the right to its interpretation, descriptions, and the option of presenting it.

However, should be limited. No unlimited Monarchy and unlimited democracy rather, be a reasonable way. Instead, the right and middle way should be taken. It is all in between the two extremes. With this belief, if you consider, only Islam is the moderate system for the betterment of all humanity.
