Do
you want to protect your heart from diseases in life? So make fish a part of
your diet.
Study
finds two servings of fish per week can help prevent recurrent heart disease
This
was revealed in a medical study in Canada.
The
McMaster University study provided an in-depth analysis of several major
research reports from more than 60 countries.
Researchers
have found that eating high-fat or high-fat fish helps prevent coronary heart
disease in people at risk, such as those with heart disease or stroke.
This
is largely due to the omega-3 fatty acids in fish that significantly reduce the
risk of coronary heart diseases, such as heart attack and stroke.
Research
has shown that eating fish rich in omega-3 fatty acids twice a week reduces
this risk.
Researchers
say that adding fish to the diet could be a great source of protection for
people with coronary heart disease.
However,
research has not found any benefit from the use of fish in people suffering
from heart disease or stroke.
Experts
say research suggests that eating more fish, especially fatty fish, is good for
people with heart disease.
He
added that people who are protected from heart disease can also get protection
from these deadly diseases by eating fish.
The
results of the study were published in the medical journal JAMA Internal
Medicine.
A
2018 study from the University of Eastern Finland also found that eating fatty
fish four times a week could help increase the body's health-promoting
cholesterol levels and reduce the risk of heart disease.
Research
shows that fish increase HDL or good cholesterol levels, especially in people
whose glucose metabolism is impaired.
Similarly,
the omega-3 fatty acids in fish can help lower the levels of harmful
cholesterol LDL, which lowers the risk of coronary heart disease, heart attack,
or stroke.
