WhatsApp is going to introduce a stealth mode for users
Instant messaging application WhatsApp is going to introduce a stealth mode for its users. Using this feature, users will be able to determine who can see them online on WhatsApp and who can't. The feature is one of three new privacy features announced by Meta founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg. Zuckerberg said that we will continue to introduce new ways to protect users' messages and keep conversations private.
According to Meta's subsidiary WhatsApp, these three new privacy tools are being introduced as an additional security dimension when sending messages. Zuckerberg said that the new privacy features that are being introduced in WhatsApp include leaving groups without anyone knowing, and controlling who can see you online and who can't. Including not being able to take screenshots of messages that pop up. WhatsApp will introduce a stealth mode feature for users this month. Users will then appear online only in front of their chosen people.
