Revelation of the Qur’an 


The Surah begins by stating that the Qur'an was sent down during Laylat al-Qadr, making it a momentous and sacred night in Islamic history. 

The Night is Better than 1,000 Months 


Worship and good deeds on this single night are more valuable than 1,000 months (about 83 years), showing its unmatched reward and virtue. 

Descent of Angels and Spirit (Jibreel) 


On this night, angels and Jibreel (Gabriel) descend by Allah’s command, bringing peace and blessings to the earth. 

Peace Until Dawn 


Laylat al-Qadr is a night filled with peace, serenity, and divine mercy, continuing until the break of dawn. 

Reflection 


Surah Al-Qadr encourages believers to seek this night during the last 10 nights of Ramadan, especially on the odd nights, and to increase worship, prayer, and remembrance of Allah to earn immense spiritual reward.

Narrated `Aisha: Allah's Messenger (PBUH) said, "Search for the Night of Qadr in the odd nights of the last ten days of Ramadan."
