Pakistani beef curry recipe
Method:
Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into slices or cubes as you prefer. Peel the peas and fry them lightly in a little oil until they change color slightly. Fry the chopped onions in oil with cumin seeds until golden brown. Grind them into a paste and put them back into the oil. Add turmeric, coriander powder, black pepper, red chili powder, cloves, yogurt, tomatoes, and one cup of water. Fry until the masala is well-cooked.
Add the potatoes and let them cook. Boil the meat separately and keep it aside. When the potatoes are almost tender, add the boiled meat. Cover with a lid and let it cook for 5–8 minutes. Once the meat and masala are well blended, add tamarind paste, lemon juice, and peas. Cook for a little while longer.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with naan or rice. ENJOY!!!
