How to Make Chicken Kabab at Home

🌟 Chicken Seekh Kabab with Colorful Bell Peppers – Easy Recipe
- 📝 Ingredients:
 - 400g chicken (minced)
 - 1 tbsp salt
 - 5 garlic cloves
 - 1-inch piece of ginger
 - 1 green chili
 - 1 tbsp processed cheese
 - ½ tsp cardamom powder
 - ½ tsp garam masala
 - ½ tsp cumin powder
 - 1 tbsp kitchen king masala
 - Fresh coriander (a few sprigs)
 - ½ onion (juice extracted)
 - 1 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
 - 1 red bell pepper
 - 1 yellow bell pepper
 - 1 green bell pepper
 
👩🍳 Method: 
- Finely chop the onion and extract its juice. In a grinder, add chicken, salt, garlic, ginger, green chili, processed cheese, cardamom powder, garam masala, cumin powder, kitchen king masala, coriander, and onion juice. Blend into a smooth mixture.
 - Add 1 tbsp ghee and mix well. Finely chop the bell peppers and squeeze out their juice. Wet your hands and shape the mixture into seekh kababs.
 - Spread the three colored bell peppers on a flat surface, roll the kababs over them, and coat evenly. Press gently. Barbecue the kababs for 8–10 minutes. If not barbecuing, give coal smoke for 2 minutes for a smoky flavor. 
 - Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and shallow fry the kababs for 8–10 minutes.
 - Serve hot with mint chutney.
